Fictional preview until the organizer finalizes the real-data notice and activates company-data use. Before any real agency joins, the organizer must provide its actual legal identity, contact, applicable terms and the finalized privacy notice. This design notice does not establish legal compliance.

Stored in the prepared beta / Datos guardados
Agency display name, invitation-code hashes and participant aliases; owner-approved rule versions and source labels; numeric scenario inputs, calculation results and owner review states; optional helpfulness/use categories. Everyone invited to the same agency workspace can view its stored rules and checks.

Purpose / Finalidad
Provide the check/review experience, enforce trial access and evaluate use of the beta. Feedback is self-reported, not verified business outcomes. No client correspondence is requested; do not enter personal client information. Do not put secrets in scope or source labels.
Processing / Tratamiento
The Teams feature uses deterministic code; it makes no AI-provider calls. The prepared server uses Cloudflare Pages and D1. Hosting/security logs and backups depend on the configured service settings. Full Engine/Academy have a separate AI pilot and separate handling requirements. No cross-company model training is implemented.
Retention and control / Conservación y control
Free access ends 30 days after provisioning. Stored workspace data is scheduled for deletion no later than 30 days after expiry; an administrator must run the documented cleanup even with no traffic. Owners can export review summaries and delete the stored workspace during active access. After expiry, deletion/export requests go to the organizer via the contact supplied with the invitation. Backups/log retention needs separate verification; deletion here concerns the live application tables.
Pricing / Precio
No automatic charge, renewal or payment-card collection. Continued access may be offered at a proposed $149/month; a separate explicit purchase is required. Free use is not consent to marketing or to reviewing correspondence.
